Check in between 14:00 and 18:00 (unless previous arrangements have been made with Management).
Reception is closed between 20:00 and 06:00 the following morning.
Check out is by 09:00 (unless previous arrangements have been made with Management).
No smoking in rooms or public places such as dining room. Smoking is allowed on the open-air patio.
Cancellation
50% payment on reservation.
50% of total booking value for cancellation within 6 weeks of arrival date.
80% of total booking value for cancellation within 3 weeks of arrival date.
100% of total booking value for no show or departure prior to booking out date.
(We will however make every effort to re-let the rooms, which will result in these fees being waived however a 2% cancellation fee (with a minimum of R100) of any deposit paid, to cover administration will still apply).
